LINE BANK BY HANA BANK APPLICATION REGISTRATION
I. Definition
a) LINE Bank By Hana Bank application is an information technology application owned by the Bank in order to provide, manage, and operate LINE Bank By Hana Bank, an information technology-based digital banking application.
b) Bank is PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, domiciled in South Jakarta, which consists of the Head Office, Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices, Cash Offices and various other forms of offices in accordance with applicable regulations.
c) Data is the telephone number, email address and LINE Messenger ID used by the User when registering.
d) Users are individuals or individuals who register on the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application.
e) Registration is a process that must be done by Users to be able to enter and enjoy the benefits of the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application.
f) Line Messenger ID is the registered account name on the LINE messaging application.
g) One Time Password (OTP) is the password used for one transaction / login session.
h) Login Password is a minimum of 6 (six) alphanumeric digits used for access to the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application.
i) Jailbreak is the process of removing limitations placed by device manufacturers to allow Users to install third-party applications from outside the app store.
j) Root is a process to allow users of smartphones, tablets, and other devices running on the Android operating system to gain more control over the various subsystems of Android.

l) Malware is malicious software that is created to infiltrate or damage computer systems or computer networks without the permission of the owner.
m) Firewall is a system designed to prevent unwanted access to or from an internal network.
II. Registration Conditions for the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application
a) Registration is provided to Users who meet the following requirements:
i. Indonesian citizens;
ii. Age 17 years or older;
iii. Authorized to take legal actions, sign binding agreements with the Bank and are not prohibited from doing so based on applicable law.
b) Registration by the User is carried out through the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application which is downloaded through the App Store (IOS) and Google Play Store (Android) by registering an active mobile phone number and carrying out the OTP verification process.
c) As a prerequisite, Users are required to provide their own active telephone number that has the ability to receive messages sent by the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application. The validity and ownership of the registered telephone number is the responsibility of the user.
d) Users will be asked to authorize using various types of security information (for example Login Password, transaction PIN, debit card PIN and OTP)
e) The user acknowledges, understands all the risks and agrees to the method of sending the OTP electronically for authorization purposes.
f) The correctness and accuracy of the data provided is the responsibility of the User.
g) Users are required to update data through the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application if there are changes. In the event that there is no update, the Bank will use User Data recorded in the Bank system for communication media and other commercial purposes.
h) The user hereby understands and agrees that he will not use the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application for fraud or other matters prohibited by applicable law that cause losses to the Bank or other parties and use the application for the purposes of other parties.
i) The Bank has the right to delete user data on the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application system and inform it through the media designated by the Bank if within 60 calendar days since the User registers, he does not open an account.
j) If there are any questions or further information regarding the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application, Call Hana 1-500-021 User Service is ready to help users 24 hours in 7 days. Through this service, the User hereby allows the Bank to record or record User's conversations with the Bank in accordance with applicable regulations.
III. Risks and Benefits
a) The LINE Bank By Hana Bank application provides financial and non-financial transaction services for customers who already have a bank account.
b) The LINE Bank By Hana Bank application can only provide non-financial transaction services for Users who do not have a Bank account.
c) The user hereby agrees that the Bank has the right to temporarily stop the service through the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application within the specified period for maintenance purposes, and other purposes deemed legitimate by the Bank, by providing prior notification via electronic media or in the LINE application. Bank By Hana Bank or other media determined by the Bank to the User, and without being responsible to anyone.
d) The user hereby agrees that the Bank has the absolute right to update, modify, or change any website or software (including the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application or other applications) used to access the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application at any time by notification through the media determined by the Bank.
e) The user hereby agrees that the Bank reserves the right not to support the previous version of the software (mobile app) used. If the User fails to update the relevant software or use the enhanced version, the Bank is not responsible for any consequences thereof.
f) The Bank is not responsible for the use of the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application on devices that are not supported by the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application, including but not limited to devices that are jailbroken or rooted.
IV. Security
a) The Bank maintains the confidentiality and security of the data provided by the User. The use of User data will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
b) Users are not allowed to lend / notify Password / PIN to other unauthorized persons, including employees or Bank officers.
c) Users are not allowed to record / save the Password / PIN on paper media, cellular phones, or other media that may be known by other parties.
d) Confidentiality of the Password / PIN is entirely the responsibility of the User and may only be used by the User with a phone number registered on the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application.
e) If the User wants to change the Password / PIN, the User can do it directly on the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application after first verification.
f) Security information in the form of Password, PIN, OTP, and biometrics will be required to log in for authentication purposes. For each security information that will be determined and set by the User, the User must ensure to use a strong Password / PIN and do not enter a password / PIN that is easy to guess and personal information such as date of birth. Use of this information will be considered as User Negligence. Users are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of all use of their LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application.
g) To be able to log in using biometrics in the application, the user must:
i. become a member of the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application and a valid user of the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application,
ii. has downloaded the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application on his smartphone,
iii. have at least one registered biometric form on the smartphone.
h) If the User wants to log in using biometrics, the User must activate this service at the first login or register for biometrics on the settings menu after entering the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application.
i) After the biometric feature is activated, the User can log in using the biometric scanner contained in the User's smartphone.
j) The Bank is not responsible for the misuse of other parties whose biometrics are registered on the user's smartphone.
k) The user acknowledges and agrees that the Bank does not bear or guarantee, either directly or indirectly, related to the use of biometric logins and / or the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application, which is caused by, but not limited to:
i. The login steps using biometrics or the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application have met the requirements; or
ii. Login using biometrics or the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application will always be available, accessible or functional with other infrastructure networks, systems or services that the Bank offers from time to time.
l) The Bank is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User in connection with biometric logins (whether intentionally or unintentionally) or using the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application, even if the Bank has notified possible losses, including the incidence of losses from:
i. Violation of Bank regulations regarding the login process using the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application biometrics.
ii. The occurrence of an unauthorized access process and / or unauthorized use of electronic devices.
iii. The use of all forms by other parties of information or data related to the User because it uses the biometric login of the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application and / or is obtained from the use of the User when signing in via biometrics.
iv. Access to the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application with biometric login by parties other than users.
v. All events outside the control of the Bank or due to improper use, and / or termination or termination of the biometric login or LINE Bank By Hana Bank application.
m) The user is responsible for the account used on the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application and is not allowed to be transferred to other parties in any way. All consequences arising from misuse of the Account are the sole responsibility of the User.
n) The user is responsible for obtaining and using the necessary software and / or equipment to be able to access the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application at the user's risk.
o) The user is also responsible for the performance and security (including without limitation taking all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized use or access) of any equipment used by the User to access the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application.
p) The user authorizes the Bank that for the sake of security, the Bank has the right to block User access to the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application if there is a password / PIN error 5 (five) times when accessing or making transactions or for other matters according to the Bank's consideration should be reasonably suspected of causing harm to the User.
q) The user must ensure that the equipment used to access the LINE Bank By Hana Bank application is free from electronic, mechanical, failed or corrupted data, viruses, interference and / or malicious software / is not permitted by telecommunications service providers, or manufacturers. or the vendor of the relevant equipment. This includes:

ii. Ensure that Users do not jailbreak, root or modify mobile devices and / or other devices, or download unauthorized applications as this can make the device more vulnerable to viruses and malware.
r) The user agrees that the Bank is not responsible for electronic or mechanical failures, or corrupted data, viruses, disruptions and / or other harmful software of any kind that may arise from services provided by relevant internet service providers or information providers service.
s) By registering for the LINE Bank By Hana Bank Application, the User understands that all communications and instructions from the User received by the Bank in the future will be treated as valid evidence even though they are not made in the form of a written document or issued in a signed document.
t) All forms of abuse that arise or are caused (including errors in making transactions) by the User are the responsibility of the User
u) The Bank will provide information through the media determined by the Bank regarding changes in terms and conditions to the User, no later than 30 working days before the changes become effective.
