Transport Card Korea


I. DEFINITION


  1. Korean Transportation Card is a means of payment in the form of an electronic money card and/or other forms issued by EZL Corp and distributed by the Bank and based on the value of the money deposited first.
  2. EZL Corp is a company in South Korea which operates in the field of transportation card systems which provides Transportation Cards in South Korea.  
  3. The bank is PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Bank Hana) and its entire office network.
  4. The Card Holder is Bank customers who owns the Korean Transportation Card.
  5. Transaction is a payment transaction ( payment) and/or top-up transactions ( top up) by using the Korean Transportation Card which can be used on the EZL Transportation network in South Korea.
  6. top up is a Korean transportation card filling activity carried out via the LINE Bank application

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS


  1. Customer Must have an active LINE Bank account on the Bank.
  2. Customers can apply for a Card and do so  top up via the LINE Bank application.
  3. Balance The Korean Transportation Card uses the Korean Won (KRW) currency unit.
  4. The exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction  top up is the exchange rate that has been determined by the system Bank, and will be displayed on the information screen before the Customer makes a purchase and the customer is required to read the information and agree to it by continuing the transaction.
  5. Fromneed NPWP on moment carry out transactions  top up.
  6. Customers will be charged a fee when applying for a card and doing so  top up, with fees that will be informed before confirming the transaction, and these fees can change according to Bank regulations by informing the customer in advance within a period of 30 (thirty) working days before the new fees are implemented through official media owned by the Bank.
  7. If a return occursand funds at the time of transaction  top up who failed, then the exchange rate applicable at the time of return is the exchange rate at the time of the transaction  top up
  8. Card charging or topup limited by number no more than USD 100,000 in one month.
  9. There isn't any  cut off time in effect at the time the transaction is carried out.
  10. Distributed Korean Transport Cards by Bank can be transferred to any party, and will be the responsibility of the card holder.

  12. Using the Korean Transport Card does not require a password or number  Personal Identification Number (PIN) and signature of the Card Holder.
  13. Transport Card Korea has no validity period limit according to the provisions of EZL.
  14. The balance on the Korean Transportation Card is not a deposit and is not included in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.
  15. Conditions for limits on the use of Transportation Cards Korea:
    1. There is no minimum transaction value.
    2. The minimum balance is the equivalent of IDR 0.00 (zero rupiah).
    3. The maximum balance is the equivalent of IDR 2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah).
  16. Provision  top up The Korean Transport Card is as follows:

  1. Maximum value accumulation  top up per month is equivalent to IDR 20,000,000.00 (twenty million rupiah).
  2. Means  top up, among others:
    1. LINE Bank by Hana Bank application (LINE Bank application can only do  top up Distributed Korean Transport Cards by the Bank via the LINE Bank Application, cannot top up transportation cards issued from other institutions/individuals)
    2. Other facilities were developed by the Bank at a later date.
  1. The Cardholder is responsible for the storage, safekeeping and use of the Korean Transport Card.
  2. Cardholders are not permitted to damage, manipulate, copy and/or change the shape or design of the Korean Transportation Card.
  3. Transaction data and Korean Transportation Card balance stored at the Bank are valid data and are used as a reference, unless proven otherwise by the Card Holder.
  4. Bank at any time has the right to stop the Korean Transportation Card service temporarily or for a certain period of time determined by the Bank if things happen:
    1. Technical, such as:
      1. Technical problems with the system
        etwork ( network).
      2. System
        etwork ( network) improvements, changes and/or maintenance are being carried out.
      3. Non-technical, such as a Transportation Card Korea indicated to be used for crimes or activities aimed at violating the law.
    2. In the event that the system
      etwork is being upgraded, changed and/or maintained on a scheduled basis, it will be notified through the Bank's official means in accordance with applicable regulations.

III. END OF USE

  1. The Card Holder has the right to terminate the use of the Transportation Card at any time Korea, at the Bank branch office by filling in and attaching the Request and Complaint Form available on the office network Bank and submit a physical Transportation Card Korea.
  2. Upon termination of use of the Korean Transportation Card, the Card Holder may NOT apply for a refund of the balance (redemption) of the Korean Transportation Card.
  3. The balance contained in the Korean Transportation Card will be forfeited if use is terminated.

IV. INDEMNIFIES


  1. The Card Holder is fully responsible for the following matters:
    1. Loss and/or damage to the Korean Transportation Card due to the Card Holder's negligence and/or intention;
    2. Loss of money in the Korean Transportation Card due to transactions that do not comply with applicable regulations;
    3. Use of a Korean Transportation Card obtained from cloning; and/or
    4. The Korean Transportation Card has undergone changes in shape and design.

  1. Without limiting the matters set out in the points above, the Bank and its officers, employees, and/or partners who collaborate with the Bank are not responsible for any demands, lawsuits, and/or claims from any party in connection with any losses and/ or damage due to the system not operating as a result of events or causes beyond the control or ability of the Bank, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, war, riots, sabotage, system disruptions, electricity disruptions, telecommunications disruptions, and/or government policies so that the Bank is not responsible for card losses experienced by Holder Together.

V. HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND/OR FURTHER INFORMATION



  1. Associated with transaction  top up Complaints can be submitted via Call Hana 1500021 or the office network Nearest bank by filling out the Request and Complaint Form at the branch Bank and bring a physical Korean Transport Card.
  2. Regarding complaints and/or questions regarding Transactions, you can submit them to EZL https://www.cashbee.co.kr/cb/cstmInfo/usingARSInfor.do a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the Transaction.
  3. Complaints and/or questions regarding Transactions top up Korean Transport Card will be completed maximum 14 (fourteen) working days and will be conveyed to the Card Holder via the media for submitting complaints and/or questions used by the Card Holder or other media based on the Bank's consideration.





VI. OTHER


  1. By using the Korean Transportation Card, the Card Holder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all contents nature of information and Card Terms and Conditions This Korean transportation.

The Cardholder agrees to the Transportation Card Terms and Conditions Korea will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and regarding transactions carried out by Cardholder agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Republic of Korea.

Bank At any time, we have the right to make changes, additions, and/or replacements to the Transportation Card Terms and Conditions Korea, including the type and/or form of service as well as the conditions for Transportation Card limits Korea.   2. These changes, additions and/or replacements will be informed through the Bank's official means, namely:

    3. Print and/or electronic media;
    4. Bank social media; and/or.
    5. Other media to be determined later;
    6. Not later than 30 (thirty) working days before the changes take effect, or in accordance with applicable provisions.
  3. Cardholders are required to carefully read every change, addition and/or replacement carefully on a regular basis so that if the Cardholder continues to use the Korean Transportation Card, the Cardholder is deemed to have known, understood and agreed to the changes, additions and/or replacements.
