B. LINE Bank Direct Debit Registration

  1. For registration or binding an account number to a merchant, LINE Bank Direct Debit users are required to enter the account number and mobile phone number registered in the bank system, along with the LINE Bank Transaction PIN.
  2. Banks will validate and send an OTP code to the mobile number registered in the Bank system .
  3. OTP then will validated by Banks and If successful, the account number will be registered with LINE Bank directly at the merchant .
  4. After the binding process is successful at LINE Bank merchant partners, for second purchases and so on , users no longer need to register or bind, they only need to do it Select a registered account number ( Binded ).
C. Payment with LINE Bank Direct Debit
This stage is the next stage after carrying out the registration process , namely do payment for transactions at merchants. As for The method for payment is as follows:

  1. Carry out transactions with the merchant until the check-out stage.
  2. Users select LINE Bank Direct Debit as payment option .
  3. Select the account number that has been successfully registered previously.
  4. Input the OTP code sent by LINE Bank on the payment page .
  5. OTP then will validated by LINE Bank and If successful, then process the payment will be continued at the Bank.
  6. Successful transaction notification will be displayed .

Other things that LINE Bank Direct Debit users need to pay attention to are as follows:

  1. Use an active cellphone number registered in the LINE Bank system .
  2. Use an account number that is still active and registered with LINE Bank.

Every instruction received by LINE Bank is legally binding and is the full responsibility of the LINE Bank Direct Debit User , unless the LINE Bank Direct Debit User can prove it on the contrary .
E. Security of LINE Bank Direct Debit User Accounts and Data
LINE Bank Direct Debit users are required to take care Data security includes, among other things :

  2. Do not write the OTP code on the table, terminal or save it in form written or on a computer application or cell phone or means storage others that may be known by other people.

  4. Using a computer or device electronic personal access to LINE Bank Direct Debit.
  5. If LINE Bank Direct Debit Users no longer use the cellular telephone number previously registered during LINE Bank Direct Debit registration , LINE Bank Direct Debit Users are required to do so. unlink the merchant who is already connected And do changing cell phone numbers at the bank to avoid potency losses for LINE Bank Direct Debit Users that arise consequence misuse of LINE Bank Direct Debit User's mobile number . All transactions carried out before the LINE Bank Direct Debit User closes the LINE Bank Direct Debit Account are the full responsibility of the LINE Bank Direct Debit User .   6. LINE Bank Direct Debit users are fully responsible for everything instructions carried out before LINE Bank Direct Debit Users carry out unlink .   8. For the security of LINE Bank Direct Debit Users, LINE Bank has the right to block LINE Bank Direct Debit Accounts, LINE Bank Direct Debit User accounts, and or registered LINE Bank Direct Debit User's mobile number if the LINE Bank Direct Debit User enters data incorrectly up to a certain amount or if the Bank considers it exists activity suspicious from users.
  9. The OTP sent by LINE Bank can only be used for 1 ( one ) transaction during the transaction session . After the OTP is used or the session in question ends, the OTP that has been sent previously and has been used cannot be used again. If LINE Bank Direct Debit Users wish To repeat the transaction in question, LINE Bank Direct Debit users are required to enter a new OTP code.
F. LINE Bank Direct Debit Account Blocking
  1. LINE Bank Direct Debit account will blocked within a certain period of time , if the LINE Bank Direct Debit user enters the OTP incorrectly 3 ( three ) times in a row when making transaction payments and at the time of registration .
  2. Requests to unlink merchants can be made by calling Hana 1500021.
G. Account Number and Mobile Number
  1. The cellular telephone number entered​ by LINE Bank Direct Debit users when registering LINE Bank Direct Debit will validated in the system and used by LINE Bank to send the OTP code.
  2. LINE Bank Direct Debit users will not be charged Short Message Service (SMS) fees by cellular telephone operators every time they receive transaction information , OTP code, and or information others sent by LINE Bank to the cell phone numbers of LINE Bank Direct Debit users.
  3. LINE Bank is not responsible for the correctness of the account number or cellular telephone number registered by LINE Bank Direct Debit Users.
  4. LINE Bank Direct users are fully responsible for everything the consequences that arise in connection with:
  • Delivery of transaction information and or OTP code to a cellular telephone number and sending information other related to the use of LINE Bank Direct Debit.
  • Failure to send transaction information and or OTP code to a cell phone number or failure to send information other related to the use of LINE Bank Direct Debit to mobile telephone numbers registered by LINE Bank Direct Debit users which is not due to LINE Bank error .
  1. LINE Bank is not responsible for confidentiality And or abuse all information And or data sent by LINE Bank related to each transaction carried out via LINE Bank Direct Debit after information And or the data is sent out of the LINE Bank system.
H. Account Debit
  1. LINE Bank has the right to charge fees for the use of LINE Bank Direct Debit by LINE Bank Direct Debit Users.
  2. LINE Bank reserves the right to its discretion yourself to change at any time And or increase the costs charged to LINE Bank Direct Debit Users who will notified to LINE Bank Direct Debit Users in the form of and through any means .
  3. LINE Bank Direct Debit users hereby authorize to LINE Bank to debit the LINE Bank Direct Debit User account at LINE Bank for purposes processing transactions carried out by LINE Bank Direct Debit users as well as for fulfillment other obligations of LINE Bank Direct Debit Users that arise in connection with transactions and or use of LINE Bank Direct Debit by LINE Bank Direct Debit users, which is sufficiently proven including invoices, proof of delivery, or transaction logs.
I. Termination of Use of LINE Bank Direct Debit
Use of LINE Bank Direct Debit ends if :

  1. LINE Bank Direct Debit users do closing LINE Bank accounts;
  2. The LINE Bank account is closed by LINE Bank at its discretion certain ;
  3. Upon consideration certain LINE Bank stops using LINE Bank Direct Debit;
  4. There are restrictive legal provisions And or forbid granting LINE Bank Direct Debit.
J. Force Majeure

LINE Bank Direct Debit users hereby exempt LINE Bank from all demands , lawsuits , and or action law other related to delays And or cannot be implemented LINE Bank Direct Debit User instructions caused Because force majeure event .

LINE Bank Direct Debit users understand completely that:

  1. Products and or services for which payment is made carried out using LINE Bank Direct is not a product And or LINE Bank services.   3. LINE Bank Direct Debit users hereby exempt LINE Bank from all kinds of demands , lawsuits , or action law others in any form and from party anyone , including LINE Bank Direct Debit users themselves related to the product And or services offered through the Merchant's site.
  4. LINE Bank Direct Debit users have understand fully fill of these LINE Bank Direct Debit PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
  5. LINE Bank has the right to change or supplement at any time or replace these Terms and Conditions which will notified by LINE Bank to LINE Bank Direct Debit Users in the form of and through any means .
  6. By using LINE Bank Direct Debit, LINE Bank Direct Debit Users agree to comply And bound by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy And Security , as well as other procedures that apply at LINE Bank which regulate the provision of LINE Bank Direct Debit, including any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy And Security , as well as procedures that will be notified by LINE Bank to LINE Bank Direct Debit Users in the form of and through any means .
  7. If arise dispute with regard to interpretation And implementation of these Terms and Conditions, LINE Bank and LINE Bank Direct Debit Users agree to resolve The dispute is intended to be reached by deliberation consensus .

If Disputes cannot be resolved amicably , LINE Bank and LINE Bank Direct Debit Users hereby agree to settle disputes referred to through the Central Jakarta District Court , without prejudice LINE Bank's right to apply lawsuit or claims through other District Courts in the region Republic of Indonesia.
